In order to use BEX services, the contract on the processing of personal data is unnecessary, since we do not access the personal data of business partners and their systems and their databases, and because we “process” only the data on visitors. However, if any client requests it, we can sign a contract. Yes. At the beginning of the development of the BEX project, we presented the idea and the project plan to Natasha Pirc Muser, former Information Commissioner. The project was judged to be in compliance with GDPR, subject to all the rules and regulations set by GDPR. We have 1,647,167 profiles in our database, 2,435,103 media pages scattered and 250,000,000 pageviews recorded. Once the individual reaches the minimum limit of the web pages viewed, the computation of the profile for that user takes less than 1 second.
